We have added a new "SRT PIP function" to the LM-Cam.
This feature allows you to receive SRT streams from external sources and display them as a picture-in-picture (PIP) window on top of the main video. This feature is useful for displaying scoreboards during sports broadcasts or as a picture-in-picture display for sub-camera footage.
⚙️ Setup Instructions: Display SRT video as PIP
The procedure for inputting SRT video and displaying it as an overlay on the screen is as follows:
Enabling SRT PIP functionality
1. From the menu, open Others > SRT PIP/Tail back settings.
2. Set Use SRT PIP/Tail back to ON.
3. Enable overlay display
Next, open the Overlay video settings.
4. Set enable overlay to ON.
💡 Points
By turning on the two settings mentioned above, the video input via SRT will be displayed as a picture-in-picture (PIP) on the main screen.
✂️ Advanced settings: Cropping (trimming) of received video
If you want to cut out unnecessary parts of the received video and display only the necessary sections (such as the score), please follow these settings.
Enable crop function
1. Open "Crop Received video" in the same settings menu as before.
2. Set Enable crop to ON.
💡 Points
By double-tapping the PIP image on the screen, you can enter edit mode and crop the image.
